This position will aid in recruiting student athletes, directing practices, managing practice and travel schedules, as well as, supervising team conduct during competition, travel, tournaments, and other events where the team is represented. Essential Job Functions

Minimum Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Two (2) years coaching and/or competing in softball.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher.
• One-year or more experience working with college age athletes.
• One-year experience NJCAA and ICCAC policies.
• One-year recruiting collegiate athletes at the NJCAA level.

Working Conditions

要求具备在户外和办公环境中成功运用科技的技能. Requires good hand- eye coordination including visual acuity to use a keyboard and read technical information; arm, hand and finger dexterity, including ability to grasp. Work is in a combination of indoor and outdoor environments. Outdoor environments may become susceptible to inclement weather conditions. During the course of the day, interact with students, faculty and staff in person, by telephone and computer.

Employment Status
